Hi! My name is Kristy Trieu, pronounced TRU, and I love to travel. In fact, you might say I’m travel-obsessed. Over two decades ago, I attended travel school with the dream of becoming a Travel Advisor; however, life took me on a different journey. Instead, I channeled my passion into planning vacations for friends and family.
In 2025, I decided it was time to turn my passion into a business, and TRU Vacations was born. Since then, I’ve earned my ASTA Verified Travel Advisor credential, demonstrating my commitment to my business, the travel industry as a whole, and most importantly to you, the traveler. I’ve also spent countless hours learning about and traveling to new destinations so that I can share my experience and expertise with you.
